Crowe Clinic for monsterkind is only back alley in location. The original clinic is in a two-story brick building adjacent to a noodle shop, located in downtown Bavan where bars, restaurants and residential areas start to give way to something more industrial, the front of the building has a sign with an arrow pointing to the side. The entrance is located in the alley, well lit and kept tidy. The front window has another sign with the clinic's name and general hours. The sandwich board by the door proclaims "Monsters Welcome".

The clinic is stocked and equipped for most emergencies, with two exam rooms, a lab, a pre-op room containing six beds, and a minor surgeries unit. At the back of the building, a staircase leads up to the second floor, which is staff only and contains a records office, a smaller laboratory fitted for basic chemistry investigations, and various storage rooms.

Two years ago, the clinic expanded into the building next door. This building, a refitted warehouse, now holds a small operating theatre and post-op ward with eight beds, as well as four consultation rooms (any psychiatric appointments arranged through the clinic will be held here), and an additional three exam rooms. This building also has a cold room for blood and organ storage, connecting to one of the exam rooms, which doubles as a hub for blood donations.



The waiting room is small and sparsely decorated, but immaculately clean, and smelling vaguely of disinfectant. The L-shaped desk serves as reception, and has filing cabinets built into the wall behind it. There's a sign and a box of business cards with the clinic address, and the names and private channel numbers of the two resident physicians. Behind reception is an office with a bigger desk and a futon, and bookshelves containing Ryslig-bought medical texts.



More recently, the clinic has expanded to include a custom-built Emergency Center across the road. This consists of: three operating theatres, a pre-op ward with 12 beds, a post-op ward with 20 beds, two exam rooms, scrubbing and prep rooms, an X-ray room, and a small morgue.

Urgent cases, including Fog transformations and severe injuries, who present at the main clinic will be escorted across the road to the emergency center. The doors are also much sturdier than the original clinic, and there is an air purification system in place, so it can (hopefully) act as a safehouse in a crisis.
